Nandita Sahgal
Nandita Sahgal is the Chief Investment Officer of EM Impact Capital and is based in London. She has over 25 years’ financial markets experience working in asset management, equity capital markets and M&A at ThomasLloyd Group, Insinger de Beaufort and Seymour Pierce. Having qualified with Deloitte, she is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. She is also an independent non-executive director and audit chair of Pacific Assets Trust plc and Murray Income Trust plc.
James Kinsbrook
James Kinsbrook is a Managing Director of EM Impact Capital and is based in London. His previous roles have included positions at ThomasLloyd Group, Fidelity International and EDF Trading. James has over 15 years’ financial markets experience working in M&A, asset management and energy trading and has led various impact investing initiatives. He holds a degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Southampton and is a CFA charter holder.
RaviRaj Salecha
RaviRaj Salecha is a Managing Director of EM Impact Capital. Based in India, he has over 15 years’ of financial markets experience working in asset management, project finance and M&A at ThomasLloyd Group, IL&FS Group and IDBI Bank. RaviRaj holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Electronics and Communications from R.V.R & J.C College of Engineering, Guntur. He is also an independent non-executive director of Ampup Energy Private Limited.
